What is Camp Hallow?
Camp Hallow is a year round Halloween shop themed as a cursed summer camp off Route 9. We stock masks, costumes, pet costumes, decor, slippers, and cursed little extras, everything you need to build the scariest night of the year, whenever you need it.
Will the masks and costumes actually hold up?
We choose pieces for one thing: the reaction. Sculpted detail that reads across a dark room, colors that hold up under a phone flash, and builds meant to survive a full night of haunting. Materials and sizing are listed on each product page.
How do I find the right size?
Every product page lists the key details and sizing so you can choose with confidence. If you are unsure between two options, email us and we will point you to the better match.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $40. International rates, where available, are calculated at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. From there, delivery is usually 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. Customs and local carriers can affect timing, so please treat these as estimates. You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. A refund is issued once your item is returned to us and inspected. Just email support@camphallow.us with your order number and we will send the return address and simple instructions. Full details are on our Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives defective or damaged?
Email support@camphallow.us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will make it right, usually with a free replacement, or a refund of the paid value if a replacement is not available.
How should I care for my mask or costume?
Store masks and props away from prolonged heat and direct sun, which can stress the material over time. Wipe clean with a damp cloth rather than harsh cleaners, and let costumes air dry. A little care keeps them ready for many haunts to come.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States and a growing list of international destinations. Available options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address.
